Our properties can accommodate exclusively for students and educational groups.

To prove that you are a student, simply provide your enrollment certificate or proof of attendance from the school, university, or training program.

Managed by a major student residence operator well experienced in security, both S4 Stays and Il Santo Stays provide a safe and supportive living environment. 24/7 on-site staff, controlled building access and monitored common areas help ensure students’ safety at all times. Our residences follow standards commonly adopted in university student housing, offering peace of mind to both students and parents.

Check-in is available from 3:00 pm, while check-out must be completed by 10:30 am.

A free luggage storage service is available for those arriving early or leaving Florence later.

We accept all major credit cards: Amex, Visa, MasterCard. We reserve the right to verify the validity of the credit card with a pre-authorization equal to the total amount of the stay within 48 hours before your arrival. Please make sure to enter the correct card details when booking. If the data is invalid or the pre-authorization fails, we will contact you to request an update. If no response is received within 24 hours, the reservation will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.

All rooms are equipped with a mini-fridge that guests can use to store drinks or small snacks.

Some room types (Deluxe) come with a kettle and cups. All Studios at Il Santo Stays include a kettle and coffee machine, with pods provided for the first use.

All rooms are accessible to guests with reduced mobility, but only some are fully equipped. Please contact the property staff for more details.

No, our rooms do not have TVs, but you can use our Cinema Room for free to watch your favorite movies and series on a big screen with comfy armchairs. The Cinema Room is open every day upon reservation.

Yes, all rooms are equipped with an electronic safe with code protection.

Our reception is open 24 hours a day. During the night, a staff member will always be available to assist you.

Both Il Santo Stays and S4 Stays have a gym equipped with the latest machines. The gym is located on floor -1 and is open 24/7, with free access for all guests.

Yes, we offer fast and free Wi-Fi in all rooms and common areas. A simple registration is required for your first access.

We are sorry but we do not accept pets.

No, smoking is prohibited in all indoor and outdoor common areas, in accordance with Italian law (Art. 51 Law no. 3 of 16/01/03 and DPCM 23/12/03).

Yes, both properties have a 24/7 self-service laundry. To use it, you need to purchase credits through a dedicated app.

We do not have on-site parking, but we have agreements with nearby garages. 

. S4 Stays is outside the ZTL and Il Santo is inside the ZTL. Contact us for more information.

Santa Maria Novella Train Station is about a 10-minute walk away. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or use public transport, such as the T1 Lavagnini Fortezza or T2 Fortezza Fiera e Congressi tram lines.

The airport is about 25 minutes away by taxi. You can also reach it via the T2 tram line (San Marco / Peretola Airport).
